Stop taking anything with calories

I'm going to give you a beverage excepcion-proteina. If this sounds hard, I'm going to show you how to do it.

I used to love drinking Coca Cola and Mountain Dew. But everything changed in a matter of days doing a simple thing. And this small step continues to save me thousands of calories every week.

And this is how I did it.

I started by adding a couple of packets of Stevia for the water we drink. Stevia is a natural sugar substitute. This should not be confused with any other sugar substitutes are artificial, unnatural chemicals. And the water tastes particularly sweet. My desire to mountain dew and coke was gone in three days.

It was so easy.

Be sure to eat breakfast every day - and be sure that it contains lots of fiber and proteins

Beyond a doubt, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It sets the tone for the rest of the day. An ideal breakfast is a half of a can of black beans with scrambled eggs. To get you going. They completely satisfy your hunger and rev your metabolism for the rest of the day.

After eating a nutritious breakfast, you will notice that they crave not fast foods much in the rest of the day. A tablespoon of protein added to rolled oats powder is also a great breakfast of scrambled eggs and black beans are not your Favorites.
